- Maximum Operating Positions for Load Capacity
- Emergency Operation – Platform Caught Overhead / Platform Tip Over / Loss of Power to Platform Controls
- Minimum Safe Approach Distances (MSAD) for Mobile Equipment – Energised Powerlines
Practical Session: Site P.P.E Required
- Man- Lift Inspection Checklist and Procedures
- Jobsite Evaluation – Powerlines (MSAD)/Operating Surface
- JLG Man Lift Function Checks – Platform Elevation /  Drive / Steer / Emergency Descent Valve / Auxiliary Power / Ground Control Operations
- Practical – Operator must demonstrate understanding to use controls smoothly in performing main functions of the Man Lift including – Driving / Steering / Platform Positioning / Boom Swing and Full Vertical Extension 80ft.
- Operator must demonstrate understanding of Overhead Clearance checks before elevating the platform as well Surface/Gradient Evaluation prior to operations.
Certification
Each participant will receive a Certificate and Wallet Card upon successful completion of training.
